Step one is a consultation. This is where we will go over all of your Information and decide what training option will suite you best. Once I have received all your intake info I will design a program based on your goals. You will have weekly check ins with me where you will give me all your feedback and I can make adjustments. All programs will be delivered via a training app with a video library to ensure you have access to demos of all exercises prescribed to you.
I have a variety of options including monthly, 6 or 12 months or a one time program. For more information please email and all details will be sent. After looking over them we can chat about what you are looking for and decide what option will fit you best.
Online training is a great option for anyone. You get to work with a trainer to ensure your goals are met, while being able to workout wherever and whenever you want.
Yes! Like any fitness program your results will be dependent on what you put into the program. If you follow the program and guidance the results will follow. I ensure accountability with regular check ins and support setting you up for success.
